Arcadia Creek Roofing is a roofing information site for Kalamazoo County and the towns around it. It is operated by Marketing Doctor LLC.

Arcadia Creek Roofing connects southwest Michigan homeowners with independent local roofing companies. It is not a roofing company. Nobody here goes on a roof, writes a quote or signs a contract. What the site does is answer the questions people in this county have before they ring anybody, and put a caller through to one independent roofing company working here. That company inspects, prices and contracts with you directly.

The name

Arcadia Creek runs through Kalamazoo, most of it buried under the downtown streets for the best part of a century and brought back into daylight at the festival place that now carries its name. It is a Kalamazoo thing rather than a borrowed one, which is why it is on the sign.

How the site pays for itself

The arrangement is simple. A roofing business buys the right to be the only one this site puts callers through to. Saying so openly is worth doing, because it explains two things.

You are not being auctioned. Plenty of roofing lead sites take a form and sell it to three or four contractors, which is why filling one in means a fortnight of phone calls. Nothing of that sort occurs here. A single site, a single line, a single business.
